Our comprehensive investment casting quality control system ensures that every component meets customer specifications for dimensional accuracy, material composition, mechanical properties, and overall performance. Our quality process begins with raw material verification through advanced chemical testing using spectrometers and carbon analyzers to ensure the correct material composition. During production, every stage of the quality control in casting process is closely monitored to maintain consistency and prevent defects before they occur.

To achieve superior precision casting quality, we utilize advanced machining and inspection capabilities, including CNC Turning, CNC Milling, VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe), VMC (Vertical Machining Center), and Radial Drilling machines. These technologies enable us to manufacture complex components with tight tolerances and high dimensional accuracy.

Our dedicated inspection laboratory is equipped with modern testing and measuring instruments to perform comprehensive casting quality testing methods. Each component undergoes detailed dimensional inspection using precision measuring equipment and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) systems to verify conformity with engineering drawings and customer specifications.

As part of our commitment to casting defect inspection, we also perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), to identify surface and near-surface defects without damaging the component. Additional NDT services such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT) can be arranged through certified third-party laboratories when required by customer specifications.
